Some riders just seem to abuse equipment but are not prepared to compromise on performance: We developed the Renegade with them in mind. The all-new Renegade features a zero monofilm construction. By using our unique Aramid/Spectra laminate for the window area, we maintain the low-stretch performance characteristics of a monofilm sail, but dramatically increase the strength.
Heavy-duty foot construction, Aramid reinforcing, and stitchless load transition zones add to the bombproof performance -- without any increase in weight when compared to a regular wave sail.
The Renegade offers a softer feel when compared to the S-1 or Blade. The five-batten configuration for 2006 ensures increased stability and high wind performance, especially in the larger sizes.
Rig Ergonomics: Medium clew height and buit-in softness allows for a wide range of rider styles.
Board type: Suited to all wave boards.
