A highly efficient freeride foil, the C2 is a powerhouse that will take you high upwind, drive you deep off the wind, and deliver the reaching performance to blow your mind. Ideally suited to riders seeking a more powerful freeride sail, the C2 is softer and more user friendly than the Overdrive and SSR. The reduced rig tension makes the C2 easier to rig as it runs lower downhaul tension.
Twin roller cams increase structural rigidity and work together with the pre-preg tube battens to lock the profile forward for improved rider comfort. And Xply Gradient load luff panels ensure a smooth foil and power response.
The 2006 C2 has a Metalex II foot area and X-Ply leach for increased strength.
Rig Ergonomics: By moving the draft & overall drive of the sail further forward, the C2
allows a more upright rider stance, which translates into a sail that is easier to sail faster.
Board type: Suited to FreeRace and FreeRide boards.
